Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution Policy
The Education Regulation (reg 7) requires the College to have and implement written processes about receiving, assessing, investigating and otherwise dealing with complaints made by its staff, students or a student’s parent or guardian. The processes must include principles of procedural fairness, including, for example, the right of interested parties to the complaint to be heard.
In order to meet our obligations under the Queensland Non-State Schools Accreditation Regulation, we have developed and implemented a Complaints Handling Program which meets the requirements of Regulation 7.
