Vocational education is extremely important in developing young minds and assisting them into a pathway to employment, at Djarragun College we offer a wide variety of vocational pathways. Our courses offer the combination of both cognitive and manual skills required in the various occupations which pathway from these programs. These vocational courses have been selected according to the skills shortages in Queensland and our local region, this will enable our students to have multiple options when they complete their 12 years of education with us. Our vocational Education Courses (VET) are available to all students in Years 10, 11 & 12. Our courses offer a combination of both cognitive and manual skills required in the various occupations which pathway from these courses. Our vocational program has also been carefully selected to address skills shortages in Queensland and our local region, which will ensure Djarragun students have employment pathways available to them when they complete Year 12.
