Year 12 Graduation Dinner & Formal

Djarragun College is delighted to invite the parents, carer and families of our Year 12 students to attend the Year 12 Graduation Dinner and Formal to celebrate their graduation on Thursday 19th of November 2020.
Arrival is through the Porte Cochere; student arrivals are to commence from 5:45pm. The venue is the Urchins Room, Cairns Reef Hotel Casino, Wharf Street, Cairns. Dress is formal.
As this is a popular event, we ask that each family book as soon as possible. Each student and their partner do need to purchase a ticket to attend. Students do not have to bring a partner to the formal.
A three course buffet dinner and soft drinks on arrival will be provided. Please note that this is an alcohol and smoke free event. There is a soft drinks bar available on the evening, for those who wish to purchase extra soft drinks.
The cost per ticket is $80 for adults, children 12 years and under are $50.
For groups of 10 we ask that you please pay a deposit of $400 to secure a booking for your table. Please pay your deposit by Friday 26th June.
There is an option to purchase tickets one at a time for those who wish, from now until October. Reception will keep a list of the number of tickets you have purchased. These will be issued at the end of October.
We ask that you please make final payments by Thursday 30 October to secure your table.
